Ashutosh Jadhav is a second year PhD student at Kno.e.sis Center (Ohio Center of Excellence in Knowledge-enabled Computing) at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He completed a Masters in Computer Engineering from Wright State University(2008) and bachelors from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (2006).
He works as a Research Assistant at Knoesis Center in Semantic Web area under the guidance of Dr. Amit P. Sheth. Currently he is working on analyzing social content under the guidance of Meenakshi Nagarajan and Ajith Ranabahu.
He actively participated in Twitris project. Twitris is a web application which can be used to visually explore the interplay between spatio-temporal-thematic (STT) dimensions in extracting insightful summaries of social perceptions behind real time events based on Twitter posts.
He also assisted Christopher Thomas in wikipedia link extraction work which is part of automatic domain model creation project at Knoesis Center.
